TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
International shipping and handling charges vary widely. Please contact
us with your shipping address for a firm quote.
Payment in US dollars is due in full on all orders prior to order being processed.
(Additional charges for custom fees and excise duties)
International Orders: Custom and excise duties are not calculated
into the shipping charges. Payment of customs and excise duties will be
the responsibility of the purchaser, and will be due upon delivery of
the artwork. International and all other orders will be shipped via United
Parcel Service, Insured for the full purchase price.
RETURN POLICY
Domestic Orders: Artwork must be returned to the artist undamaged
within 10 days of the receipt of the artwork or considered final sale. The artwork should be packed
properly and returned in the original shipping packaging. The artwork
should be insured for the full purchase price. The customer will be responsible
for all shipping, handling and insurance charges. The customer will be refunded,
except for the cost of custom framing. (This is considered to be an out-of-pocket expense.)
If the sale has been arranged through a third party
any commission paid to that third party will be subtracted from the refund.
Arrangements for the return of the commission must be made between the
client and that third party.

Because custom and excise duties can be quite high, please factor in these
extra charges when considering making a purchase.
